Please label each lot to be auctioned with the Seller ID, Bag number, and a description of the item. All items to be auctioned must be put on a seller's form even if they are a donation or a program item. Along with these guidelines, we ask that all members pay particular attention to how you label your items. In addition to the required Seller ID (must be registered in the auction database), Bag number, and description, put as much information on the labels as possible. This will allow buyers to get a glimpse of what you are offering without having to ask so many questions. Put your full name or at least your first name on the bag. This helps the buyer remember who sold the item that the buyer purchased.
